Employment Type: Full-time, Afternoon and Evening Shift (Sunday-Thursday: 1 PM – 10 PM)
We are a Cyber Intelligence Company and we are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with order placement, product selection, and technical support.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer support.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.-
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling challenging customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work the afternoon and evening shifts (Sunday-Thursday: 1 PM – 10 PM).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
