In this role a successful candidate will be handling inbound and outbound traffic from our customers professionally and politely, using provided tools and acquired knowledge, keeping up a positive attitude and energy, and being a team player.
The job is Hybrid (Jerusalem).
Job Requirements:
Must have Anglo mentality and be customer service oriented.
Tech-savvy, or being willing and motivated to learn.
A PC with a stable internet connection and a place to work from home.
Good people skills and a desire to provide customers with great service.
English mother tongue and a high level of Hebrew.
Previous call center work experience is a bonus.
