Company located in Givat Shaul, Jerusalem is looking to hire a talented and experienced email marketing person to work with our CTO and development team.

Company is a leading platform connecting homeowners and businesses with reliable and professional home improvement contractors throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities:
This position includes managing and developing the company’s email campaigns and strategies - writing, building and sending mailers; analyzing and optimizing the campaigns; Analysis of current email marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements and implementations. In addition, you will be responsible for:
* Market research, working on internal email marketing system and other company platforms.
* Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing remarketing strategies.
* A/B testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective.
* Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in email marketing.
English at a high level required
Excellent English writing and grammar skills.
Experience in content writing and product development.
Experience in creating marketing strategy, segmentation, optimization etc.
Deep understanding of email marketing and online marketing fields
Familiar with the U.S. market.
High analytical skills.
Creative and entrepreneurial
Thrives working in a team and independently
