Responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy and plans, monitoring and tracking progress and performance metrics of campaigns.
Manage all elements and channels of marketing including, PR, digital outlets, website, emails, direct mail etc.
Develop and manage consistent branding, fundraising and communication materials across the organization.
Management of agency and freelance suppliers; it is a collaborative role requiring strong communication and negotiation skills
Development and coordination of fundraising and awareness events, webinars and seminars.
Create and implement the organization’s fundraising strategy to deliver sustainable income growth, recognizing the sensitive nature of the organization’s offering.
Seek and implement innovative/creative fundraising initiatives to secure new income streams.
Foster and develop partnerships with our committee and volunteer network in order to increase donations in geographic locations and acquire new customers.
Ensure reporting, monitoring and evaluation processes are robust and provide the necessary information to measure effectiveness and inform decisions.
Identify bottlenecks and improve internal processes to increase productivity and the probability of successful project delivery.
Prioritize initiatives and timing schedules, producing estimates and tracking 'actual' vs. expected costs and timelines.
Role Requirements
Professional experience of at least 8 years.
A strong marketing background with attention to detail.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Good written / content creation skills.
Fundraising experience is preferred.
Advantage if you are familiar with platforms like Network For Good, Constant Contact, Google Analytics and Asana.
Self motivated, mature and independent professional who initiates activities, and proactively gets things done.
Great ability to translate needs into processes, and drive adoption.
