Azure Cloud Architect - Work From Home
Basic Function
Responsible for handling escalated support to Level 2 and 3 technicians in a professional and timely manner relating to all technology.
IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.
Working with:
PKI Servers
Domain Controllers
Intune
AzureVPN
Powershell Scripting
Microsoft Best Practices
System documentation maintenance and review in ConnectWise.
Communication with end users as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively.
Ability to travel as needed -travel reimbursement provided.
Preferred Certifications:
AZ303: Micrososft Azure Architect
MCSA with experience
Work from Home
Some US hours needed
