Under the supervision of the Director, the Kitchen Manager is responsible for the oversight of the kitchen. They shall be expected to meet all food safety requirements, maintain a clean work environment, ensure kosher standards are being met and guide the overall flow of the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager is expected to present themselves with integrity, act as a personal example in and outside of camp, and is committed to upholding the mission/vision of Camp Young Judaea Midwest.
