Our American tax consulting team advises all types of clients in a wide variety of transactions in all the different sectors in the United States. The projects include consulting in groundbreaking transactions of leading Israeli investors, consulting for technological start-ups in all stages of their development in the American market, and assistance to multinational companies operating in the USA. The work is challenging and dynamic and includes legal analysis, research, tax structure planning, due diligence, preparation of memos, opinions and client management.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting/ law/ a degree in a relevant field - mandatory Previous experience in American tax consulting - a significant advantage US CPA certificate - an advantage English at a very high level (in reading, writing and speaking) - a must. Good interpersonal skills and high analytical skills)
Job location: Tel Aviv (possibility of working part of the week from Jerusalem)
