An established healthcare company is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader. Based in Bet Shemesh, we are dedicated to providing products and services, primarily to the U.S. market, with logistic centers around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of customer service agents and liaise with the outsourced Customer Service Team.
- Effectively handle customer inquiries via phone, chats, and emails.
- Work with multiple platforms including ZENDESK (a plus), Google Sheets, CRM, and eCommerce experience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be a fluent English speaker.
- Must have real customer service experience.
- Is familiar with CRM Ticketing systems.
- Want to influence the way our users perceive our company and products.
- Is comfortable working evening hours (not daily and not extended hours).
- Attentive to detail.
- Tech-savvy.
- Problem solver with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thoughtfully identify challenges and solutions.
- Bonus points if you have experience working in front-facing customer service in the healthcare field.
Work 40-hour weeks with the majority of the hours in our Beit Shemesh offices and work from home some of the time. Must be flexible and able to work both from home and our office.
Must be legally able to work in Israel.
