Responsibilities:
Administer a portfolio of clients.
Delegate and project manage work between departments.
Deal with client queries.
Contact suppliers to investigate and resolve objections and queries.
Make sure records are updated accurately.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience gained from working within a similar complex
service environment. (Experience in the energy industry is not essential, as we will offer relevant training.)
The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Experienced user of MS Office including Excel
Good communication skills
This is a full time position working UK hours in Beit Shemesh.
