Dani was prompt to answer my call. He came on a Friday morning even though he usually does not make house calls before Shabbes (he had been very busy the day before). He immediately solved the problem with a stuck lock/mirpeset door and let me know in perfect English what the problem with the door was and what was involved in correcting the problem (even though it was not necessary to fix it immediately). Very pleasant, speaks English fluently.

Good service. Heexxplains things, options, etc. clearly. You choose what you want to do with no pressure to choose high end options. You can do MUCH worse!!!! 4 stars because no one gets 5!!
