Job description:
General aspects of office administration, assistance in managing invoices, receipts, ongoing work with suppliers.
Support for the operations department in coordinating the daily tasks.
The position is a full time, with an option for part time, in the Jerusalem office (open to both men and women).
Requirements:
Punctuality, order and organization at a high level
Good interpersonal communication and ability to work in a team
Knowledge in Word, Office and other programs with an emphasis on Excel
High level of English & Hebrew
