Nishmas is a service that was started to help people (especially from Chutz La'aretz who are currently having a hard time coming to Eretz Yisrael) have a minyan by the Kever of their relatives here in Israel on the Yartzeit.
In addition, the goal is to help support Avrechim and Bochurim living here in Israel as well as Torah institutions.
