As a VIP Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the
highest level of customer satisfaction and engagement within our gaming
community. You will be the primary point of contact for our most valued players,
offering unparalleled support through our platform.
Responsibilities:
• Provide personalised and timely support to VIP players via Zendesk, email, live
• chat, Phone Calls, Video Calls and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, understanding their preferences and needs.
• Proactively monitor and respond to inquiries, feedback, and concerns from VIP players.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive gaming experience.
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve technical and account-related issues.
• Offer customized promotions, incentives, and rewards to VIP players to enhance their gaming experience.
Requirements:
• English mother tongue or any language other than Hebrew at the mother tongue level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
