Ohr Hadassah  is a dedicated [nonprofit organization/charity/business] committed to making a positive impact in Israels Widows and Orphans We are seeking a motivated and business-minded Fundraising/Business Assistant to join our team and help drive our fundraising efforts while supporting our overall business operations.

**Position Overview:**

As a Fundraising/Business Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our fundraising initiatives and business functions. We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of fundraising principles and basic knowledge of website design to help create engaging content and improve our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the development and execution of fundraising strategies and campaigns.

- Conduct research to identify potential donors, funding opportunities, and business partnerships.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and online content.

- Update and maintain our organization’s website, ensuring information is current and accessible.

- Support social media management by scheduling posts and engaging with our community.

- Monitor and analyze fundraising campaign performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

- Assist with general business operations, including administrative tasks and project coordination.

- Help organize and coordinate fundraising events and activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and business practices.

- Basic knowledge of website design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix).

- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
