Overview

The finance department is responsible for managing the firm’s income, expenses, collection and operations.

The position requires integration into a large, dynamic and pleasant team while leading some of the processes in the department.

The role includes leading a team and at the same time working hands on As part of the team.

As part of the position:

Transportation of customer staff (preparation of transaction accounts and collection)

Responsibility for bookkeeping staff, suppliers and payroll

Ongoing management of administrative processes related to the firm’s clients (opening clients, trust accounts , KYC

Production of current reports and data analysis)

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree – a must
• At least two years of experience in the field of finance (experience in large finance departments is required) – a must
• Analytical ability and high mastery of Excel – a must
• Experience in data analysis – a must
• Very good English – a must (especially reading+writing)
• Experience in managing / leading staff – an advantage
• Ability to work across multiple interfaces and a dynamic work environment
