We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in Unified Communications & Communications As A Service offerings.This Product Manager will be responsible for planning and deploying of the applications in our product set. This includes becoming an expert in the global market for communications as a service, developing personas, understanding the competition, and building a strategy around our offerings that dovetail into our other UCaaS services strategies. You will work with highly experienced Technical Product Managers & Developetrs through the process of defining, building, and delivering this service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
· Product Management of product strategy and roadmap
· Develop and maintain global voice market analysis
· Develop and maintain a clear competitive strategy
· Discover and drive the business and technical product integration strategy
· Develop and maintain personas for all users and buyers of our services
· Perform win/loss analysis and understand our customer acquisition and retention strengths and weaknesses
· Assisting with sales (direct and/or through our channel), training sales and our channel partners, and help develop sales collateral
· Drive innovation and thought leadership across all aspects of our solution
· Clearly articulate the product strategy to the Product Owners who work with development and QA to execute our strategy
· Coordinate all activity related to the development, testing, education, prerelease activities, support and feedback of the services
· Provide broad yet specific executive level status updates on everything listed above
Requirements:
· 6+ years of Product Management experience in a business SaaS product
· At least 1 shipped product with direct experience with delivering in-app integrations in a SaaS product
· Demonstrable deep knowledge of VoIP systems and Cloud technologies
· Previous experience in market, competitive, and sales analysis
· Ability to create product strategies that accomplish business goals
· Previous experience in creating innovative solutions to complex technical problems
· Ability to handle a growing, fast paced, dynamic and changing environment
· Experience in Product Management role with geographically distributed teams
· Highly effective written and presentation skills
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
· Excellent telecommuting skills.
