When we ordered the stove we told them that we live in the Old City of Jerusalem. Two days before delivery they called and said we must pay extra money for delivery, and we did. Then on the day of delivery, they called and said that they will not deliver to the Old City. I had to borrow a handtruck and walk 15 minutes out of the old city to receive the oven and then shlepp it to our home.
