Now hiring virtual office manager.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with updating crm system
Sending out and filing returned signed files
Ordering computer equipment
Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
Researching programs as needed
Assisting with emails and scheduling meetings
Other administrative tasks
Requirements:
Candidates should have 3+ years experience working in an office environment
Must be tech savvy and able to catch onto different computer programs easily.
Must have top communication skills and be a team player
Must be able to multitask efficiently and take ownership of projects.
Should be comfortable on Whatsapp and social media
Position is 30-40 weekly hours from home, some flexibility but ideal working hours would be 11am-1pm and then again from 4pm-9pm.
