Loan Processor
Candidate will need to fill in a lot of paperwork to qualify clients to receive a residential Loan Mortgage.
This is a critical thinking job. Candidate must be very detailed and have strong analytical Maths skills to adhere correctly to Bank policies and guidelines.
Office experience in finance/real estate, title/abstract/credit companies, etc is preferred.
Candidate must have 1-2 years of strong office experience, preferably in a similar line.
Candidate MUST be committed to work with this job very long-term.
Job hours are 9-4 EST. (After the first year, hours may be adjustable)
