Administrative Assistant:

Position Summary:

American Yeshiva in Mevaseret Zion is looking to hire an administrative assistant who will be responsible of a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Alumni association and PR
  • Manage our Yeshiva database as well as website design and upkeep
  • Recruiting logistics
  • Work with MS Office as well as other bilingual programs.
  • Fundraising and campaign management
  • Parent and teacher communications

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Dependable
  • Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, Google Docs
  • Bi-lingual – Hebrew/English

Experience:

Administrative/office work experience preferable.
