Technology company looking for a talented and highly motivated Technical Writer to join the company’s technical writing team.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for documenting new products and maintaining existing documentation.
- Work includes the development of User Manuals, Quick Start Guides, Installation Manuals, and website content in the Pro AV field.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- 5 years technical writing experience in Telecom/Video Conferencing, Audio/Video or similar field – mainly hardware focused documentation
- Comfortable/open minded to technology
- Proficient use of Word, Acrobat and other technical writing tools
- Independent worker with ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
- Detail oriented and can work on tight delivery schedules
- Must be available to work fulltime at our Jerusalem office, with overtime when required
Advantages:
- Experience in single sourcing technologies or content management systems
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW
- Experience in software documentation, especially API commands
- Academic / professional education in technology/software/hardware
