The Email Customer Care Specialist will join our dynamic team and ensure outstanding customer service to our conference attendees and potential presenters.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming emails from startup founders and potential presenters interested in attending or presenting at our conferences.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our conferences, including dates, locations, registration procedures, and presentation opportunities.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assist startup founders in the registration process, troubleshoot any issues, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with the conference organizing team to identify potential high-profile presenters and extend invitations to industry thought leaders.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our conference offerings, conference agenda, and relevant policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date responses to email inquiries.
  • Proactively engage with past attendees to encourage their participation in upcoming events.
