Netivot Da’at provides a warm and supportive environment for each and every student. The principal, Mrs. Shira Ratzabi, has over 20 years of experience in education and is a beloved figure among the students. She has personal relationships with the girls and knows how to combine authority with sensitivity and love.

The staff consists of carefully selected teachers and educators. All of them have experience, seniority and professional training. Even more importantly, they are imbued with their sense of mission to help the students grow spiritually, emotionally, and educationally.

PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Netivot Da'at’s educational approach is based on cultivating personal relationships with each student, through many big and small acts of dedication and care. A special emphasis is placed on living a genuinely spiritual life and building a healthy worldview through positive means, such as workshops and lectures taught by professional educators and first-rate lecturers.

SOCIAL LIFE

Understanding the importance of a healthy social life for teen-aged girls, the high school developed a rich extra-curricular program for their students. Mrs C. Madar, the extracurricular coordinator, invests many hours in creating high-level social activities for the student body that promote strong educational and social messages.

EDUCATION

The high school provides a high level of learning, personalized for each student according to her unique skills and abilities. Students are offered English and Mathematics bagruyott in 4 or 5 points (yechidot). The staff invests heavily in the girls and provides them with all the resources they need so that they can attain a full bagrut certificate. 92% of all students graduate with their full bagrut.
