• Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day and monthly accounting for multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping , working knowledge of Sage/Peachtree a plus. This individual must understand balance sheets and income statements, be trustworthy and a team player.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned:

• Full Cycle Bookkeeping

• create financial reports as needed

• Use Sage to write checks, prepare journal entries, and generate reports

• Reconcile bank accounts monthly

• Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit all payroll taxes

• Prepare all quarterly and annual payroll tax reports

• Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner

• Complete annual company filing requirements

• Perform and manage all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, processing bills, and processing payments

• Perform and manage account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition

• Provide clerical and administrative support to management, as needed

• Organized, efficient, self-motivated, pro-active

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Communicate in a professional and friendly manner
