Exciting Fintech company creating the most current technologies seeks a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join its team.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with HR to determine current and future staffing needs

· Create and build the talent acquisition strategy

· Lead, motivate and mentor members of the recruiting team

· Manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines

· Plan and conduct recruitment processes E2E (job analysis, screening, interviewing, decision making and offers), some of them hands-on

· Resolve bottlenecks in the recruiting process

· Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels; Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly; Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market

· Define and use KPIs to create reports and identify areas for improvement

· Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

· Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops

· Lead employment branding initiatives and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors

· Lead sourcing efforts to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

· Plan and execute employee referral programs

· Attend events and represent the company at TA-related events; networking is a key skill for this role

· Develop relationships with recruitment agencies

Requirements:

· Proven experience in full lifecycle technical sourcing and recruiting – at least 5 years

· Proven experience in managing 2-4 people

· In-depth experience with talent systems and software

· Experience with various selection methods and techniques

· Proficient in successfully using social media and job boards, as well as other sourcing channels

· Leader and strategic thinker

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

· Ability to create high-quality processes and lead the team to adhere to those standards

· A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

· Fluent in English (written and verbal)
