Operations Engineer 609796

We work closely with a commercial real estate services company in the US that specializes in Real Estate Tax benefits. We are expanding and looking to hire additional Operations Engineers.

As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a virtual-site tour in order to identify all assets that are eligible for accelerated depreciation. You will also review site surveys and blueprints as well as all appropriate background records and relevant financial information, and prepare a full scope engineering report.

The ideal candidates should possess the ability to work independently yet communicate intimately with the team. We are looking for people who can pay close attention to detail throughout the project and be able to multitask the various responsibilities tasked with throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Operations Team with an array of operational related tasks
• Conduct virtual site tour inspections nationally
• Analyze cost and design, construction data, and drawings to determine the appropriate classification of various assets
• Maintaining clear and accurate records in relation to ongoing operations and reporting
• Liaison with the team in the US regarding reports and schedules

Qualifications:

• Experience working as an Engineer is a plus.
• Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and work well within tight scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Have strong written and verbal English language & communication skills

This is an evening hours position (40 hours a week)

Monday-Thursday (4pm-12am) in our Jerusalem office, with a half-day split between Sunday and Friday (work from home) as needed.
