Silynx Communication Inc, a world leader tactical radio headsets and accessories technology supplier is seeking an experienced regional sales manager to join our growing North American team.


This position will play a key role in our fast-growing company - as the regional sales manager is responsible on expanding our business in several different markets - defense, homeland security, law enforcement, disaster recovery and several lucrative industry sectors.


The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering, pursuing, and capturing new sales opportunities across assigned sectors in US and Canada, maintaining and developing a strong customer base in these sectors.

Work requires traveling to USA several times a year and will be done from our Israel headquarter office in Natanya.

Job Description:
The US Regional Sales Manager will manage Silynx sales and marketing operation in the USA by managing our USA office team and activities.
The job will require aggressively pursue of Law Enforcement, Military and industry sales opportunities from existing leads/clients as well as new prospects.
The Regional Sales Manager will personally handle large volume opportunities and manage the work and performances of our in-office and traveling sales representatives.
This will include responsibility to manage marketing and lead generation, setting sales plan and targets, monitoring performance and professional support to the sales and administrative team.
The Regional Sales Manager will also support and monitor our network of distributors and seek to recruit new distributors, initiate opportunities for business development and co-operation with industry partners.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for executing the US office full sales cycle including, but not limited to, marketing, lead generation, product demonstration, development and presentation of proposals and quotes, closing of sales, and post-delivery follow up.

Essential Functions:

Personal sales/marketing skills

  • Ability to handle long term (months), multi sales opportunities.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Manage large, multi-million deals directly or via tender process.
  • Good technical understanding, deep understanding of product features and ability to quickly learn.
  • Very responsive and quick to answer customers’ questions and requests.
  • Creative deal closing utilizing quote prices, credit terms, and other offering specifications.
  • Ability to draft and amend terms of sales agreements.
  • Keep current with the competition’s products, service offerings and activity – report to organization.
  • Identify market needs and communicate them to the organization.
  • Creative marketing skills and modern marketing tools

Sales management skills.

  • Manage, support, and motivate team (4-6 people) of in-office and traveling sales representatives.
  • Create and implement market and lead generation plans.
  • Create and implement yearly sales plan.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and subordinates to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
  • Motivate, support, and cultivate distributors network.
  • Explore new markets and find new sales/marketing partners.
  • Manage process of government tenders’ bids directly or with partners.
  • Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.

Performs other duties as requested or assigned to better the department or company.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree - Helpful
  • Proven, recent, successful sales management experience to US government bodies - A must!.
  • Experience of sales products to law enforcement and military clients in USA (Personal protection, personal gear, personal gear accessories, personal communication devices, personal weapon etc.) – Desired
  • US Sales team management experience – A must!
  • Proven track record as a top sales performer with high deal closing record – A must!
  • Military or law enforcement experience (5+ years) – Desired
  • English as mother language – Must!
