As we expand our operations, we seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of our Cold Calling Team.

Position Overview: We seek a results-driven and hands-on Manager to lead our Cold Calling Team in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven financial sales cold calling track record, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of alternative financing products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a small team of cold-calling representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure individual and team success.
  2. Business Development: Personally contribute to acquiring new clients by actively engaging in cold calling and lead generation activities. Utilize your expertise in financial sales to bring in high-quality leads and convert them into clients.
  3. Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective cold-calling strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize team performance.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of the cold-calling team. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  5. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's cold-calling skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the alternative financing landscape.
  6. Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the next stage of the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in financial sales cold calling, preferably in the alternative financing sector.
  2. Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams.
  3. In-depth knowledge of alternative financing products and services.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  6. Ability to analyze data and implement improvements based on performance metrics.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
