Jr Bookkeeper / Admin for Jewish Tech Company

We’re a software agency based in Crown Heights that works on amazing projects like the Chayenu App, Steinsaltz App, Stayhome.store, Wrapp app and more (see our website here)

We are looking for a Jr. Bookkeeper to join our team on a part time basis.

Relevant Skills:

• Fluent English, verbal and written
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• High attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Available at least 5-10 hrs/week
• Make accurate vendor payments
• Review and enter data in Quickbooks Online
• Able to do full identity verification and background check
• Work on secured laptop and internet
• Other admin responsibilities as necessary
  

Compensation: $20 to $30/hr based on experience
