We are looking for a CAREER DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE to recruit nurses & other healthcare professionals.
Training provided. No previous experience required.
What will you be doing?
• You will lead and manage the end-to-end staffing process, sourcing, selecting and screening exceptional candidates.
• Administration of the career portal and recruitment database.
• Continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
Job Requirements:
Essential:
• Fluent, native speaking level English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional:
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to multi-task.
• High levels of attention to detail.
• Experience in telephone sales/recruitment preferred but not required.
Salary: Competitive salary + commission structure
