We are dedicated to delivering exceptional properties to our clients who are purchasing property in Israel. As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and spearhead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for each project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of current marketing trends and techniques. They will be hiring outside marketing firms to run the branding and campaigns and will be the POC for each project. This individual will need to be in full control of understanding and being able to push back on under performing digital campaigns and make the relevant suggestions for change.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each project together with outside firms to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

2. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.

3. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and be able to multitask across many aspects of a project.

5. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.

7. Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

8. Be able to run all campaigns and growth via the HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of management experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies and building teams..
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to get their hands dirty
  • Experienced in working with CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Spoken and written English and Hebrew (native/mother tongue level)
  • In office position (Jerusalem)
