Product Technical Writer
A leading ERP company, is looking for an experienced and talented professional writer to join our product team.
Join us if you are an expert at turning complex concepts into simple and easy to understand copy.
Responsibilities:
●Shape product experiences by writing and/or translating clear, user-friendly copies of the Priority platform that helps different types of users achieve their task at hand.
●In charge of English in-product writing, including microcopy, tooltips, messages, and online help.
●Maintain consistency of the product tone & voice while using industry-specific language.
●Writing different types of documents for various uses.
●Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Manager, UX writers, and other internal teams across the company to obtain an in-depth understanding of the various products of the company (software, mobile applications, portals etc.), and the documentation requirements for each.
Requirements:
●Native English speaker, proficient in Hebrew.
●Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand and user-friendly way.
●Proven technical experience in software documentation (B2B software - Advantage).
●Comfortable with technology and proficient in the use of technical writing tools.
●Familiar with financials and logistics business processes in organizations - Advantage.
●Flexibility and capability to work in an agile environment.
●Knows that it’s all about the little details
●Self-learning abilities.
