Executive Recruiter (Remote)

We’re seeking an Executive Recruiter with at least 2 years of recruiting experience to join our team in a role that offers a base salary with additional commission opportunities. This remote position offers the opportunity to engage with a vast network in the Jewish job market, connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities while driving successful placements.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients and candidates, expanding our network
• Manage and facilitate effective communication between clients and candidates
• Conduct screening and interviewing calls to assess candidate fit

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools
• A strong sales-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 2 years’ recruiting experience
