Administrative Coordinator
Work from home for a great organization, 20 weekly hours with some evening overlapping for communication.
Relevant Candidates will:
▪️Take ownership and management of financial accounts; Financial experience with accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting; budgeting For-profit and Non-Profit organizations; Liaising with bookkeepers & accountants on company’s financial and tax needs
▪️Perform Systems Operations; Manage technical integrations of applications; backend communication.
▪️be Self-motivated, diligent and detail oriented; entrepreneurial;
have a Positive attitude, high energy and willingness to learn new skills, Excels at working with a team
▪️Able to work innovatively: researching and implementing cutting edge applications
▪️Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hebrew helpful.
▪️Ability to handle all technical and financial correspondences for org
▪️Proficiency in computer programs ie. Gsuite and Mailchimp. Knowledge/quick ability to learn backend curriculum app (Teachable), Vimeo, Zapier, Workplace, Asana, Trello, etc
▪️Strong content writing & editing abilities
▪️Experience with educational/admissions systems helpful; setting up payment plans
▪️Social Media Marketing and fundraising knowledge helpful
Past experience in professional office environment needed.
