Monday-Thursday 3 PM-Midnight

Salary: Base +Comission 

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of Business roles (Sales, BD, Customer Success, and other roles, like marketing, as needed); from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews to offer delivery.
  • Work closely with team members across the organization to develop a deep understanding of functions and needs. We’re big on collaboration here.
  • Talk to candidates and potential candidates, about their careers, their career growth, and help them navigate the next steps in their job changes process.
  • Continuously find opportunities to relentlessly improve and fine-tune the process to deliver best-in-class candidate experience.
  • You’ll be deepening your knowledge of the tech and digital industry, as you work with cutting-edge clients.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of agency-related recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of identifying and assessing top talent
  • Sourcing experience using a variety of tools--LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
  • Experience using application tracking systems—Bullhorn is a plus
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • A meticulous approach to organization
  • An innate understanding of how to prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with your candidates, clients, and colleagues.
  • A sense of humor. And the ability to laugh with your colleagues.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Sales or Business recruiting experience with some agency roots
  • More than 2 years of agency recruiting experience
  • Startup or SaaS recruiting experience –or have worked in Sales in that world.
  • You enjoy learning new things, meeting new people, and learning from every encounter.
  • Network of sales, marketing, finance, and HR employees in NYC area
  • At AC Lion, an interest in learning to code is strongly preferred
