A Yeshiva in Ramat Beit Shemesh is hiring a Bookkeeper.
Responsibilities:
Manage the organization's accounts, including:
Processing invoices and preparing payments to suppliers
Bank reconciliations
Managing funds and reimbursements of employee expenses
Registration of income and production of receipts
Travel reports abroad
Reconciliation of accounts
Reports to the tax authorities and institutions
Budget management
End of period and end of year adjustments and closing of balance sheet periods
Assisting the finance director in preparing financial reports and preparing materials for internal and external audits
Ongoing coordination with the organization's branches to receive reporting documents, checking the integrity of the information and reporting on the portal of donors and partners
Documentation and document storage
Various tasks in the field of accounting and finance
Communication within the organization and outside the organization in both English and Hebrew
Requirements:
Israeli Bookkeeping courses- a certificate is required
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge and familiarity with Priority - required
Experience and mastery of Excel
English at a native language level - required!!
