Part-Time Surgical Coordinator / Practice Manager
Job Type: 20 hours per week. One day onsite at the Rechavia clinic, with the remaining hours flexible for remote work.
Job Description:
* Coordinate surgeries, procedures, and appointments.
* Manage marketing initiatives for the private practice, including lead outreach and social media management.
* Handle administrative office tasks.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Hebrew and English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
* Available on WhatsApp during working hours.
