We are looking for a strong technology leader who wants to create amazing products that our customers will fall in love with.
This position will include aligning business priorities and technology to deliver state-of-the-art software, lead and design solutions, and plan and execute to meet business and customer needs.
The candidate must come with a strong coding background, experience building a product from scratch and leading an R&D team.
It also involves hands-on work, participation in discovery, and close collaboration with design.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and lead the development team and create a culture of product delivery excellence.
- Understand the company’s value proposition and develop a technology architecture to support it.
- Design solutions, evaluate architecture options, set technical direction and quality standards, guide implementation.
- Be an effective people manager
- Continuously develop the enterprise data model and analytics infrastructure to support operations.
- Manage the budget for the entire technology organization.Ensure the IT budget has no unnecessary expenses
- Develop and implement business resumption and emergency recovery plans
- Be a significant part of the management team, designing and leading the product’s technological roadmap & vision.
Requirements:
- 3+ years hands-on development
- At least 3 years in a leading role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player, and a startup mentality.
- Passion for managing and helping people develop their skills and potential.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering - advantage
- Start-up experience - advantage
- Native level of English (oral and written)
