Job Description: Develop and implement educational activities with the general education systems in the target countries. The position includes performing additional tasks according to the needs of the unit.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Initiate the Construction and Operation of Seminars, Conferences, and Training Courses;
    • Initiation, concentration, and operation (including pedagogical and logistical support) of educational activities including seminars, conferences, study days, further training, and more.
    • Work with the logistical administrative team to identify, plan, and implement the required logistical administrative needs.
    • Making feedback and producing professional lessons.
  • Guide, Train, and Lecture at Seminars, Conferences, Training Courses, and any Branch Activity;
    • Provide training, workshops, and lectures to the target audiences and payees of the division.
    • Transfer electronic content on different platforms.
  • Maintain and Develop Working Relationships with Partners and Alumni;
    • Maintain and develop working relationships with partners and graduates in different target countries and languages ​​(among others Italy and Estonia) as well as working with other countries in English.
  • Research, Write, and Develop Programs;
    • Identify the needs and methodical content emerging from the field and promote educational programs that respond to these needs.
    • Develop and write programs and dedicated training tools according to the pedagogical concept and in accordance with target audiences.
    • Assume responsibility for marketing activities in the field of the section, the department, and the school.
    • Write performance reports.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in humanities or social sciences is mandatory.
  • Certification for training on behalf of the organization is an advantage.
  • English and Italian at a high level (writing, reading, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Hebrew at a good level is also mandatory.
  • Fluency in additional European languages ​​(including reading, writing, and speaking) is advantageous.
  • Full control of computer and Office applications and access to learning additional software.
  • Work experience in a relevant position is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with the world of relevant content is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with the target audience is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits initiative, organizational ability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Marketing orientation.
  • Availability to work at unusual hours.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel abroad.
