Remote support / Helpdesk position
Jerusalem IT company seeks a remote support/helpdesk technician to work from their office in Talpiyot.
Requirements
• Native level Hebrew and English
• At least 3 yrs experience with remote support or helpdesk work
• Experience with support of internet lines (dsl/fiber/4G)
• Experience with support for Windows machines, MS Office and standard Windows tools
• Experience with support of Android and iOS based smartphones
• Experience with routers, switches and wireless APs
• Experience with basic management of domain users, security groups and permissions
• Willingness to learn and general technological aptitude and curiosity
• Any Microsoft or Cisco training programs, exams and certificates are an advantage
