The FBX group is an international company specializing in financial & cryptocurrency investigation services, credit & debit card dispute consultation services and cyber security. We maintain a fast-paced and growing office located off Route 38 close to Shaar Hagai Beit Shemesh and Route 1, with good access to public transport.
Job Role:
- Onboarding clients in a B2C warm-lead structure
- Calling and educating clients about services and processes
- Displaying both professionalism and sensitivity regarding financially related matters
- Establishing ongoing relationships with clients via phone and email
- Accurate and organized data entry into a CRM system
- Meeting monthly KPIs and sales objectives
Job Requirements:
- Preference will be given to European language speakers
- Native English or fluent English for native speakers of other languages
- Computer literacy and tech savviness
- Professional phone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain clearly and educate others
- Capacity to learn quickly and independently
- High energy, persistence and perseverance
- Good time management and organization
Full and (daily) part-time options available, Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
Compensation: Base salary, plus commission.
