82 Year Old Jerusalem Woman Needs Help with Chores 2x a week

My 82 year old mother needs help with chores that are becoming increasingly too difficult for her to do: changing a lightbulb (standing on a ladder), shlepping out the recycling, moving the sofa so she can clean behind it, etc. 

Scope: 2x a week, 1 hour each time.
