I am trying to pay a parking ticket that I got when I was renting a car on my visit to Israel last week. I am unable to access the web site from the United States - all I get is the following message "You don't have permission to access "https://www.jerusalem.muni.il/en/" on this server.".
Does anyone know how can I access the website (from the U.S.)to pay the ticket?
