Wisio.com is looking to hire an experienced VP of Customer Success.
Wisio is a fast-growing startup company, who is a pioneer in creating meaningful connections between Wisors* and their followers. We are experiencing exponential growth and are looking to hire a talented and experienced Vice President of Customer Success to join our team immediately.
This position will be responsible for taking over the customer relations and planning a global team of CSMs, achieve customer retention metrics and assist in driving expansion revenue across the entire customer base.
You will also serve as a first line of escalation for customer issues and will help identify and remediate those issues in a timely and effective manner.
3+ years direct and verifiable customer success experience.
