Position: Office Manager (Remote/WFH)
We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to join our team remotely. This individual will play a crucial role in coordinating various aspects of our operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule maintenance and installation visits, coordinating with clients and technicians.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle light bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation and engagement.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Assist with light marketing efforts, such as drafting promotional materials and coordinating campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, delivering timely responses and personalized assistance.
- Take messages and relay important information to relevant team members.
- Stay informed about all aspects of the business to effectively support operations.
Requirements:
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Pleasant demeanour and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and basic administrative tasks.
- Considerable experience with online tools and platforms.
- Must have a quiet home office with reliable internet connection.
This is a half-time position, requiring 4 hours per day (Israeli work hours).
