Allot is looking for an experienced technical writer, based in Israel, to join the Allot Global Training & Documentation Team.

What you’ll do
The role of the technical writer will be to:
Interface with subject matter experts across the company to gather information about new products and features
Take full ownership of a suite of user guides with responsibility for writing, editing and implementing feedback
Manage software release notes for different types of releases and products, gathering relevant technical information and ensuring it is presented clearly and delivered on time.
Take full responsibility for ongoing maintenance and improvement of Allot’s wiki-based Knowledge Management Platform
