Software Development Team Lead

AutoLeadStar is developing AI-powered SaaS to change the way automotive does digital marketing. Our products are innovative and constantly evolving to provide smart data-driven solutions to the exciting new challenges raised by a fast-moving industry.

We're seeking a talented Team Lead to join our growing technical team. This position will contribute to the development of new products, influence the technical direction of our company, mentor, and manage a team of developers while contributing to the full life cycle of development. This includes design, architecture, and collaboration with product stakeholders to deliver high-quality scalable code using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• • Lead and mentor a +3 team of developers
  • Work with Product and the CTO to create new features
  • Responsible for the architecture and development of new products
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Requirements:

• • BSc degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field of study.
  • 2+ years as a Team Leader
  • 5+ years experience in software development
  • 3+ years experience in web development
