Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Part-Time Marketing Specialist (with room to grow) to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility, managing our online presence, and contributing to the marketing efforts for our new and existing developments. This role involves working closely with the sales team and graphic designer to ensure effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp etc.).
- Develop and implement social media calendars and strategies to engage and grow our online audience.
- Regularly update the company website with current listings and other relevant content, ensuring consistency across the website.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to provide clear and compelling advertisements in both Hebrew and English
- Assist in creating marketing and branding materials for new development projects, including brochures, flyers, and slideshows.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools is a plus
- Capable of being open-minded and thinking out of the box
