Leading international legal services company is seeking a motivated HR professional to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in our Beit Shemesh office.
Responsibilities include:
Bridge management and employee relations by providing counsel to employees and keeping management appraised of trends
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Manage payroll process while working with external payroll provider
Nurture a positive working environment. Develop and maintain company wide recognition programs
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program within budgetary limits
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Periodic travel to our satellite location in Efrat to provide an HR presence and service their needs
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in Israel and US offices
Requirements
3+ years experience as HR manager or other HR executive
BA in related field, MA - an advantage
Real HR generalist able to juggle diverse areas of work
In-depth knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices
Knowledge and experience in US labor law - serious advantage
Experience in a growing company - big advantage
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
English at a fluent level in both spoken and written form (all work is done in English)
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Details:
Temporary position with possibility to grow into a permanent position - maternity leave replacement, at least 6 months.
Office located in Beit Shemesh, hybrid work model (wfh/office)
