A philanthropic foundation that supports Jewish education globally is seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to work closely with our Executive Director and oversee day-to-day office operations. This is a full-time, in-office position in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.

- Manage office operations, including liaising with suppliers, placing and tracking orders, and maintaining office supplies.

- Organize and coordinate business trips.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

- Coordinate events, meetings, and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.

- Fluency in both Hebrew and English (verbal and written).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive, out-of-the-box thinker with strong interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
